Bill Clinton Suffers in the Twitter Age

Bill Clinton is taking a lot of heat from Democrats. He’s on the hot seat for defending Bain Capital and favoring an extension of Bush-era tax cuts. Even more worrisome, Clinton’s words have somehow ended up in Mitt Romney’s press releases. What’s the deal, Bill?
According to Slate, Clinton hardly plans to sabotage Obama, he’s simply being, well, Clinton: A man of many words that when taken out of context are used against their complete meaning. It’s a theory entitled “A storyteller in a Twitter world.” In other words, when Clinton explained how he supports extending tax cuts only temporarily until a bipartisan deal could be made, it couldn’t fit into 140 characters.
Not to mention the media are quick to jump on the most incriminating soundbites. Which story would cause more controversy? Clinton’s praise for Romney’s business sense, or his following sentence that Romney was not suited to be president. That’s what we thought.

Is Mitt Romney a Narc?
June 8th, 2012Mitt Romney opposes marijuana legalization. We get it. But acting as a narc (short for Narcotics officer/tattle-tale) is an entirely different story.
Gawker reports that Romney, on a walk on the beach with his wife, confronted his neighbor, Mr. Quint, who was smoking marijuana. Later on an officer told Quint that his neighbors had complained about his pot smoking, insinuating Romney as the tattle-tale.
