Fitsugar is part of the Sugar online global network and fits in with their company's vision. It's fresh, it's spunky, and "what's in right now".  Remember the Chia Pet? Well now it apparently can help you debloat according a celebrity trainer. Check out the Debloating Chia Seed Drink Recipe. Many of the posts rely heavily on what celebrities are doing– how they lost their baby weight, or how to get super-toned-arms like Gwenyth Paltrow at this year's Grammys.

If you're looking for straight health or fitness tips minus the celebrities this might not be your 'go-to' site. Fitsugar certainly has a lot of quick informative posts from finding the perfect running shoes, heart healthy meals or snacks, even for those interesting in gluten or vegan food.

One of the things that we really liked are the free fitness videos on their Class Fitsugar– they're personal, easy to follow, and have trainers who get supermodels into shape in about 10 minutes. It's definitely a life and style site for women; there's not too much on here for guys. Founder and editor-in-chief Lisa Sugar is described as having an "insatiable appetite for celebrities and the world of entertainment." So if you like celebrities, new fitness tips, interesting recipes, and trendy fashion finds it's a good site for Generation Y.
