KevinMD

KevinMD calls itself “social media’s leading physician voice.” Kevin Pho is the man behind KevinMD. In addition to practicing primary care medicine in New Hampshire, he's also a member of USA Today’s Board of Contributors and regularly cited on major news sites like the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times and NPR.
The site offers readers opinions and findings on an assortment of medical and health care topics. They range from “A Grammy Artist with Tourette Syndrome,” to “Why EMR is a dirty word to many doctors.” Professional organizations such as the American Medical Association, as well as influential medical voices, contribute unique content to KevinMD.com on a regular basis. The site rarely strays away from written content.
Another nice feature: KevinMD posts “top stories of the day,” in health and medicine. These news articles come from MedPage Today, a service from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine that alerts clinicians to breaking medical news.
